Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a UK Wealth Management SME to be part of a team, to assess current state of the operations and define the future state for the above-mentioned accounts. What we are looking for is a person with UK Wealth Management experience to be part of the team and provide the WM expertise to the team to help redefine the journeys for future state.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative interviews to understand current procedure and pain points
- Examine, audit, and map current state of journey/ workflow, data, tech and people to guide future state design of 7 account types (GIA, SIPP, ISA, JISA, Third party SIPP, Offshore bond, Irish tax wrapper)
- Identify and define user personas for E2E account workflows (opening and maintenance, initiation to approval / funding)
- Recommend improvement opportunities
- Map, define requirements, and redesign future state investor setup & maintenance journeys (7 accounts and dashboard screens)
- Create task flow diagrams for each account type
- Establish KPIs and measurable metrics to gauge success of future state journeys
