SAP S4 HANA Consultant

Full SAP S4/HANA global implementation, some greenfield (countries haven’t used SAP before), some brownfield (using some SAP or different ERP systems), some upgrades (countries on previous versions of SAP).

Moving everyone onto a single global template (with multiple archetypes for different business models) and trying to maintain template integrity while only configuring for legal, statutory, tax, and regulatory (LSTR) requirements at the local level. Business users moving off of highly configured legacy system and having a hard time with the change required to conform to the new template.

Manufacturing client with complex global supply chain and group financial reporting structures, so while all modules are required, the following are top of mind:

• Report to Record (R2R) – SAP-FI, SAP-CO
• Plan to Deliver (P2D) – SAP-PP, SAP-PPDS, SAP-PM, SAP-QM, SAP-WM
• Global Trade & Transportation (GTT) – SAP-GTS, SAP-GT, SAP-TM, SAP-eWM

Of secondary importance are the following:

• Quote to Cash (Q2C) – SAP-SD
• Source to Pay (S2P) – SAP-MM, Ariba
• Project Opp. to Close (PO2C) – SAP-PS
• Issue to Resolution (I2R)
• SAP MDG
• Mulesoft integrations

We are looking for would be a bit of a ‘fixer’. Someone who can work with the business to understand issues, help translate those to IT for action, prioritize business needs, lead people, monitor team performance, report to management, while also having the technical knowledge to go deeper than existing current resources.
