VP Growth – European eCommerce Leader – Munich (150-200K)

The Role

This is a serious growth leadership role.

You’ll own acquisition, retention, CRM, ATL and campaign operations across Europe – with one clear objective: profitable growth at scale.

Big budgets. Multiple markets. High visibility.

You’ll need to balance strategy with execution, commercial thinking with operational control, and move quickly without losing rigour.

What You’ll Own

• Performance marketing across search, social, affiliate and programmatic
• CRM and lifecycle strategy focused on retention and LTV
• ATL investment across TV, audio, print and OOH
• Campaign operations, automation and cross-market delivery
• Growth forecasting, reporting and performance frameworks
• Leadership across a broad, multidisciplinary team
• Alignment across Product, Brand, Analytics and CX

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years in growth, CRM or performance leadership
• Experience scaling consumer/eCommerce businesses internationally
• Strong commercial operator – CAC, CLV and incrementality aren’t buzzwords to you
• Proven people leader who can drive accountability and pace
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
• Data-led, direct and execution-focused
