Role Overview:
As the Business Collaboration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our influencer marketing initiatives, leveraging your strong expertise in digital media and an extensive network of connections within the industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Take charge of revenue generation within the designated markets related to influencer marketing.
- Strategically identify and engage potential clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Spot sales prospects, cultivate leads, and uncover opportunities for business expansion.
- Grasp clients’ business dynamics and ascertain marketing needs and challenges.
- Devise and present comprehensive influencer marketing strategies in alignment with the team’s goals.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, competitive landscape, and market positioning.
- Cultivate and sustain robust associations with clients and agencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal influencer marketing units to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and devise tailored sales strategies for distinct markets.
- Stay current with the latest trends in advertising, digital marketing, and influencer platforms.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the realms of Advertising, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Solid grasp of the influencer marketing sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in roles such as sales representative or sales manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment, including effective collaboration with international teams, and ability to perform well under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Demonstrated leadership acumen and a proactive attitude towards task ownership.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong sense of accountability.
