Our client, a global leader in advanced technology solutions across aerospace, defence, transportation, and security, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their sales team. In this role, you will be at the center of customer engagement and sales support-guiding prospects through the evaluation and purchasing process, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to overall sales growth. You will also handle incoming requests, support partner education, identify process improvements, and ensure customer and sales data is accurately maintained in the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting services sales to drive customer engagement.
  • Confidently approach and acquire new business, demonstrating strong communication skills and sales acumen.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Effectively communicate product value and consult with customers to support their evaluation and purchasing decisions.
  • “Salesforce” experience with the platform is essential-for effective team coordination and sales forecasting.
