Relationship Manager – Property Development

Chinese Speaking/ French Speaking/ Turkish Speaking/ Arabic Speaking

My client are a leading property development company that specialize in residential projects. They are looking to recruit a Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless client communication and project delivery.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Chinese/ French/ Turkish / Arabic speaking
