One of the top cyber security software companies is looking for a Channel Manager for their Dubai branch. The responsibility of the role is to work with 6-10 channel partners to find and qualify opportunities that will grow revenue for the business and the partner. You will be managing a small team supported by a Distributor Manager and work with Territory Managers across GCC. You must have solid expertise and contacts within the GCCs leading system integrators.
This person will be revenue orientated to drive large deals with existing partners whilst mapping out the market to establish solid new relationships. The candidate will need to be personable with extremely good knowledge and contacts in the security channel space in GCC.
Travel across Levant will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan for channel partners to grow and hit revenue targets
- Work with managed partners to facilitate new opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Co-ordinate executive level relationships and attend quarterly business reviews
- Build and maintain relationships with the partners across different job functions
- Management of incentive programs
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- 10 years experience within the Channel/Partner space in Dubai
- Strong prospecting and ability to qualify opportunities
- Proven track record of building solid business relationships and a good reputation within the local market
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
- Team player
- Have a humble approach to business and holds good business ethics
Salary is AED 30,000 with an extremely incentivising commission structure. Also amazing team incentives!
