Overview
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee the full operational landscape of the organisation, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and regulatory adherence. With a strong focus on automation and customer experience, you will lead strategic initiatives across back-end operations, customer support, procurement, and risk compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual dependencies and operational inefficiencies.
* Oversee customer support operations, optimising resolution rates and workforce management.
* Ensure secure and seamless account and payment operations, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
* Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contractual efficiency.
* Lead operational excellence initiatives, embedding best practices in process efficiency and risk mitigation.
* Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and business continuity requirements.
* Oversee facilities and infrastructure expansion in line with the business plan.
Requirements:
* Experience: 10+ years in senior operational leadership roles within banking, fintech, or regulated financial entities.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAMA operational requirements and the Saudi banking ecosystem.
* Expertise: Proven experience in payments, account servicing, and customer support operations.
* Process Optimisation: Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation strategies.
* Leadership: Exceptional decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Technology-Driven Mindset: Strong knowledge of automation, operational analytics, and Agile working models.
