My client, a leading hospitality company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as an Entertainment Manager in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with exceptional talent within budgets.
• Collaborate with artists and performers.
• Create an entertainment roster to elevate guest experiences.
• Boost relationships with key stakeholders to cultivate valuable partnerships.
• Coordinate and execute tailored events.
• Curate engaging social media coverage for all socials.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience organising and executing music events, parties and live performances.
• A passion for various music genres and trends in the market
• Extensive knowledge for diverse music genres, along with a keen awareness of international music trends.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships within the entertainment industry.
• Experience in organizing and executing music events, parties, and live performances.
