An international CX & Automation company is launching in the Middle East and is now hiring a Regional Lead to manage the GCC & North Africa territory. The company puts people first and works as a 100% remote working model.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads and respond to RFPs
  • Manage full P&L for the entire region
  • Work closely with marketing teams to accelerate the GTM strategy
  • Develop relationships with channel partners and resellers
  • Cross-sell solutions to existing customers
  • Ensure revenue targets for the region are hit

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience in a commercial leadership role in a SaaS/AI environment
  • Highly tech savvy with the ability to learn technology quickly
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales/customer retention targets
  • Fluent in English and another language is highly beneficial
