Sales Manager – Healthcare Technology

My client are a leading Healthcare Technology business based in Dubai. Due to continued success, the business are looking to hire a results-driven Sales Executive to lead sales efforts within Dubai and play a huge part in the business’s ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base within Saudi Arabia.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to leverage them
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision makers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Identify potential risks in sales processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee the accurate recording of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in enterprise sales, preferably within the healthcare, technology or software industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
