Senior Sales Manager

We are working on behalf of a leading media company in the Middle East to find a highly motivated and creative Media Sales professional to join their team. With a portfolio of over 80 international and regional brands, this company delivers quality content through various channels, including digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms, and social media influencers. This opportunity sits on the Influencer marketing arm of the business and is the leading influencer marketing agency in the region working regularly with the biggest names across the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing new business leads and identifying revenue streams and opportunities
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for various divisions
• Liaising closely with the finance, operations, and production teams
• Generating revenue from agencies and direct clients
• Using existing contacts to make an immediate impact
• Maximizing market share in the region
• Analyzing current market information and trends
• Developing and growing a personal client base
• Responding to RFPs and customizing proposals to win new business in the region

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business leads
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for creative selling and onboarding new clients
• A good understanding of the media industry, especially influencer marketing
