Senior Sales Manager – DOOH Media & Advertising

Location: Muscat, Oman

An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth digital media business specialising in Digital-Out-Of-Home (DOOH) advertising. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in media or advertising, eager to play a key role in driving revenue and expanding market presence.

Overview

As Senior Sales Manager, you will take ownership of revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and lead sales initiatives to expand Mubashir’s footprint in the DOOH advertising space. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on client management and a strong focus on performance and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and support client campaigns, ensuring high-quality service and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue.
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts to attract new partners and elevate the brand’s visibility.
  • Build and maintain a visible social media presence, posting regular updates to engage prospects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance the sales function and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in DOOH, media, or advertising.
  • Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and client servicing.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
  • Familiar with market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Positive, fast-paced, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
