In the ever-changing demanding business environment, could talent on demand (โ€œcontingentโ€) be the magic bullet? We all know there is no single solution, however the โ€œcontingentโ€ workforce is proven time and again to be the practical solution for business.

The global trend in using this workforce is hurtling towards 40% of the total workforce and is expected to rise to 50% in the next two years.
