My universe is… temporary assignments in HR & Business Operations within the Education and Finance sector.
My career background and/or previous role and why I joined Salt? My background was in the Hairdressing industry as a co-owner of a city salon. I joined recruitment 1.5 years ago for a lifestyle change, to have more balance for my family and friends who became a priority. For the first 9 months, I was a consultant on a Technology desk, and then I moved over to office support for 9 months (all within 1 business).
The reason I joined Salt was because I felt it aligned with my values and the way I wanted to work within recruitment. From information about Salt in the market, and the conversations I had with leadership members, I believed this role would continue to grow, develop, and push me to new heights.
How can you add value to our clients and candidates? My personal superpower is relationship building; I have a broad network across the Wellington market from proven consistent results, attentiveness, organisation, empathy and social skills.

If I won the lottery I would… Financially free my parents and open a homeless shelter (if you want to know more about this plan come and ask me 😊).
My favourite place I’ve travelled to is… Vietnam.
If I had to eat one meal everyday for the rest of my life, it would be… Pani puri / Dahi puri.
Fun fact about me… I love cooking and baking!!!
