On Thursday 24th November, Salt Australia headed to The Shangri-La, in Sydney, for the Tiara Recruitment Awards ANZ Ceremony 2022, all dressed up in black-tie!
It was this night, that they were named WINNERS in not just one, but THREE categories – It was certainly a night to remember!

Transformation, inclusion and resilience are among the recurring themes underpinning the 2022 TIARA Recruitment Awards ANZ campaign, with this year’s finalists demonstrating these. This has been a record year for submissions and the bar was extremely high!
These were strong categories to be winners in, so we are excited that our efforts are recognised across Australia and beyond.

The Daxtra Recruitment Brand Of The Year – This Award recognises the best use of the brand in a recruitment company to gain a competitive edge based on a measurable improvement in the candidate, client, and employee engagement.
The Daxtra Leader Of The Year – This Award recognises a visionary recruitment leader who has achieved exceptional growth, pioneered transformational improvement – in their business or industry – and inspired the highest levels of engagement and performance from their people.
Andrea McHutchon, Salt Australia Country Director, was one/of the winner of The Daxtra Leader Of The Year and couldn’t be happier! Here’s what she had to say…
