We have a newly created role to work alongside our Director within the marketing practice. This role will see you focused on managing the end-to-end candidate experience. You will be involved in live briefs with our clients, but it will be your role to interpret that brief and identify the brightest minds for that role. At Salt creating great candidate experiences is critical to what we do, so this is probably a good time to tell you that we survey every candidate we interview as part of our commitment to our NPS – we want feedback, and we want to keep improving.

To make this role your own you will need to have previous recruitment experience or a depth of knowledge within marketing that helps you understand what great looks like. You will be curious by nature, commercially savvy and whilst you act with a sense of urgency you aren’t a headless chook.
