Principal Recruitment Consultant – Technology (Kuala Lumpur)
The Role
Our Malaysian office is looking for a Principal Consultant, to join our growing team Technology team.
You will join a tight-knit team, who work collectively & cohesively with one another. You will come in and work on an existing patch of clients, as well as further grow and develop the client base.

Responsibilities
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients
- Work closely with our existing clients to ensure we are delivering across not only your universe but our other verticals as well
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the Technology landscape
- Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
Your background
- Â Previous recruitment experience specialising in technology fields
- A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
- Ability to be dynamic – adapt to new market challenges
- A drive to be an expert in your field
- A sense of achievement – that is completing all tasks given to you
- A team player- work cohesively within a team environment
