Recruitment Consultant – Creative (Hong Kong)
The role-Â
You will join our Creative & Marketing team and come in to specialise in the digital design, UX/UI and Service Design spaces. Ideally, you’ll have worked in the Creative space previously and worked locally in Hong Kong.
We are looking for a Creative Recruitment Consultant, to come in and work on an existing patch of clients, as well as further grow and develop the client base.

Responsibilities-Â
- Be an expert at identifying Creative talent for clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the Creative landscape
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients
What you have-
- Ideally, previous recruitment experience specialising in the Creative space- across UX/UI/CX/Service Design
- Alternatively, you will have exisiting recruitment experience and open to moving into a new specialist area
- Or you will be an experienced agency suit/account services person interested in utilising your knowledge and becoming a recruiter
- A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
- Ability to be dynamic – adapt to new market challenges
- A drive to be an expert in your field
- A sense of achievement – that is completing all tasks given to you
- A team player- work cohesively within a team environment
