Recruitment Consultant – HR (Singapore)

Salt Singapore has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant whose passion is HR. You will own and build Salt’s HR portfolio in Singapore, working with clients and HR professionals, creating futures across the entire HR vertical. Working in a uniquely transparent environment, you will have access and be part of everything from day 1, including PSA’s and Key Accounts.

You will become part of Salt’s global HR offering, collaborating with your HR colleagues in the wider APAC Region sharing global HR insights, and access to our global PSA’s, and key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely to ensure we are delivering to existing clients
• Continue to build a talent pool of candidates across the HR landscape
• Identify and actively develop potential new clients
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
• End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up

What you have to offer:

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally within HR
• Passion and knowledge of the HR industry
• A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
• Ability to be dynamic – adapt to  market challenges
• Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
• A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
