Senior Recruitment Consultant – Creative (Hong Kong)

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will work with some of Hong Kong’s coolest digital organisations and be backed by Salt’s positioning in the market, and professional reputation. Owning the ‘Creative’ vertical, your expertise and love of the industry will have your working across the entire creative spectrum. Responsibilities:
- Work closely to ensure we are delivering to existing clients
- Continue to build a talent pool of candidates in the Creative/Digital landscape
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up
What you have to offer:
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant within creative/digital industry
- Passion and knowledge of the creative industry
- A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
- Ability to be dynamic – adapt to market challenges
- Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
- A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
