Senior Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Team (Auckland)

You could be an experienced Temporary Consultant, or you could have been working in the permanent space and would like to make the move to the world of temp!

This opportunity would see you joining our high performing and hugely successful Temporary Team. The team work closely together in offering solutions across contingent requirements and whose quality of care and delivery is evident with their NPS ‘promoter scores’. As a 360° Consultant you will work with established clients and enjoy sharing what we do with new clients and will be supported by the Salt NZ team which includes a dedicated Temporary Team Candidate Manager.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert at identifying creative talent for clients
• Build a talent pool of candidates in the creative landscape
• Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
• Identify and actively develop potential new clients

What you’ll have

• Passion for recruitment
• Experience recruiting in the commercial/business support space
• Curious by nature and with an affinity to learn
• Ability to think creatively
• A natural communicator who loves to engage with ever-changing audiences
• Team player who is values-driven
• Second to none, listening skills
• Energised by multitasking and working to deadlines
• Experience working within customer-centric positions
