Talent Acquisition Consultant – Malaysia

Love what you do, do you what you love and be part of Salt’s APAC People team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will be based in Kuala Lumpur with the fabulous ‘Salties’ at Salt Malaysia.  With continued growth on the horizon, as a sourcing champion, this position is pivotal for the continued delivery of consultants to our teams based in Auckland, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Melbourne, Singapore, Sydney and Wellington.

You’ll love the challenge of sourcing and identifying great talent, building and maintaining talent pipelines. Chances are you’ve built a reputation for using multiple sourcing strategies, and you’ll appreciate the importance of creating an incredible candidate journey more importantly, the talent sourced has been placed by the team.

You could already be working within the talent arena for an organisation or an agency and looking to make your mark in a new environment, or you have had time in an agency and discovered 360° consulting is not your gig, rather your passion is supporting candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely APAC People team to ensure we are delivering
  • Candidate sourcing, through identifying and maintaining talent pools across the digital recruitment landscape
  • Creating SM campaigns for attracting talent
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Completing reference and other required pre-employment checks
  • Managing candidate engagement
