Salt is partnering with a fast growing data startup looking to bring on a BDR Manager to lead and manage a team!

This company provides the ultimate platform for businesses to unlock the power of external data. With real-time updates on competitor intelligence, pricing information, and sales data, this company enables businesses to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition. With advanced features such as bot defense and AI-powered data structuring, they streamline data collection and analysis, giving businesses a powerful edge in their industry!

Fully remote position, US based.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key buyers, research strategic accounts and generate interest through cold outreach
  • Drive and monitor outreach campaigns to potential clients using a data- driven sales methodology
  • Collaborate with each prospective customer from first contact through to booking meetings
  • Communicate and present the benefits of company solutions and how they can help potential customers
  • Manage a team of 3-5 BDR’s

Requirements:

  • 2 Years of sales experience within the SaaS industry, enterprise level
  • Experience running outreach campaigns to schedule sales meetings
  • Strong written communication and team leadership skills
  • Proven experience in ABM
