VP of Sales Engineering – AI SaaS (Remote, USA)

A high-growth AI SaaS company is hiring a VP of Sales Engineering to drive technical sales strategy and enterprise engagements. This leadership role focuses on aligning AI-powered solutions with customer needs, enhancing product adoption, and ensuring seamless solution delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to refine scalable pre-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical sales efforts to accelerate deal closures and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Work with Sales to qualify opportunities and develop tailored AI-driven solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and executive briefings.
  • Establish scalable pre-sales frameworks and industry-specific use cases.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Solution Engineering team.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with market needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and strategic engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales leadership.
  • Proven success in driving revenue through technical sales.
  • Experience working with large enterprises, including Fortune 500 clients.
  • Expertise in AI SaaS, enterprise software, and workflow automation.
  • Background in legal tech, consulting, AI, or SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture or professional services is beneficial.
