• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in office)
• Salary: R850k per annum

I’m partnering with a top-tier company seeking a Customer Insights Integration Specialist to play a crucial role in aligning customer strategy with product and proposition development across the business.

To succeed in this role, you would need to be skilled in integrating insights from various sources to ensure customer perspectives are deeply embedded in decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Science, or Business Science (or any related field).
• 2-5 years of experience in customer strategy and insights generation.
• Experience in customer strategy design and implementation, with up to 5 years of experience working with insights.
• Retail experience, especially in Foods/FMCG, is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage across multiple business units.
• Proficiency in translating complex customer data into coherent, actionable business strategies.
