Position Overview:
Our client, a leading name in the banking industry, is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance their HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors. To drive this initiative forward, they are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst Team Leader to lead a team of four Business Analysts. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with in-depth knowledge of multiple modules.
- Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex HR processes and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adept at documentation and process mapping.
