Hybrid role based in Frankfurt

Established initially as an in-house digital agency for emerging brands Hyundai and Kia, this marketing and communications network blends regional cooperation across Europe with specialized knowledge and implementation at the local level.

Job Description:

This role involves creating and distributing regular, comprehensive reports on campaign delivery and performance to clients, both weekly and monthly. Additionally, the responsibility includes generating client-specific reports and case studies in collaboration with consultants and vendors. To provide meaningful insights, this position requires developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports based on historical performance and market analysis. Ensuring the accuracy of all analytics services and data storage is a critical component of the job.

Furthermore, mastering the software and tools utilized for data and campaign analysis and reporting is essential. Finally, it is essential to ensure that the technical requirements for data collection for campaigns are met and functional.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Management, Economics, IT, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Additionally, a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, analytical programs, Power Point, presentation skills, and Database/SQL knowledge is essential.
• Have a natural affinity for technology, analytical skills, data-driven rational decision-making, a positive attitude towards learning new skills, a friendly demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• While not mandatory, automotive experience or a passion for cars would be beneficial.
• Having experience with Search and Social Media campaigns set-up and strategy would be advantageous.
• Must have business fluent English skills.
