Two Account Managers – Digital Media & Creative Innovation

About the Roles
We’re expanding our team and looking for two talented Account Managers, each bringing a distinct skill set to our growing digital team. One role focuses on programmatic advertising and media execution, while the other centers around creative technology and interactive formats. What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with agencies and brand teams.
 - Translate strategic objectives into impactful digital campaigns or custom interactive experiences.
 - Lead campaign scoping, proposals, approvals, and delivery timelines.
 - Collaborate with internal teams across creative, production, and technical disciplines.
 - Monitor performance and provide insights for optimization.
 - Contribute to ideation and innovation workshops.
 
Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring for two distinct profiles:
Role 1: Programmatic & Display Advertising Specialist
- 3+ years’ experience in digital media, preferably in programmatic or display.
 - Strong understanding of DSPs, trading desks, campaign margins, and optimization.
 - Proven ability to deliver performance-driven campaigns.
 - Execute campaigns across DSPs such as Google DV360, Criteo, Eskimi, and The Trade Desk.
 
Role 2: Creative Technology & Interactive Formats Lead
- 3+ years’ experience in creative tech, digital production, or experiential campaigns.
 - Experience with formats such as AR, microsites, gamification, gesture or eye-tracking.
 - Ability to lead innovative projects from concept to delivery.
 - Identify opportunities to integrate emerging formats like microsites, games, AR, VAR, gesture or eye-tracking experiences.
