Job Title: Account Executive – DACH
Location: Germany / Remote-friendly within DACH
The Company:

The Role:
* Drive new business acquisition and build a strong sales pipeline across the DACH region.
* Target mid-market clients with high-impact SaaS solutions, managing a consultative sales process from first contact to close.
* Own quota attainment and consistently deliver strong revenue results (150-170k OTE).
* Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and position AI-driven solutions to solve complex procurement challenges.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to maximise account potential.
The Requirements:
* 1-5 years’ experience in SaaS sales, preferably in mid-market or procurement-related software.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing deals in the 100-250k ACV range.
* Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable generating your own pipeline and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or AI solutions is a strong plus, but exceptional SaaS experience will be considered.
* Fluent in German and English; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
