Overview:
A leading independent branding, marketing, and communications agency is looking for an ambitious and highly organised Account Executive to join its growing client services team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their client services or agency career who is eager to build deep exposure across branding, strategy, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Working closely with senior account leadership, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns, projects, and retainers across a diverse client portfolio. This role sits at the heart of execution, bringing together clients, creative teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects run seamlessly from briefing to delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager with day-to-day account management and project coordination across multiple clients and campaigns.
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining client documentation.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, responding to routine queries and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
- Facilitate clarity between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between remote teams and external suppliers to ensure briefs are understood and projects remain on track.
- Liaise with suppliers on production-related activities, ensuring work aligns with brief requirements and timelines.
- Assist with project timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support campaign and shoot coordination, including logistics, estimates, and client requirements.
- Track project tasks, timelines, and billable hours, flagging any potential overruns where necessary.
- Draft and maintain client status reports to ensure stakeholders remain informed on project progress.
- Manage client feedback and revisions, coordinating updates with creative teams and external partners.
- Ensure all work is checked thoroughly for quality and accuracy before delivery.
- Coordinate internal and client sign-off processes to ensure approvals are documented and projects are executed correctly.
- Assist with project costings, supplier coordination, budget tracking, and invoice management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and client records in line with company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in branding, marketing, advertising, and client services.
- Previous agency, marketing, client services, or account coordination exposure would be advantageous.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Own transport is required.
