We are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company operating at the intersection of SaaS, AI, and the creator economy. They are looking to hire a high-performing Account Executive to play a key role in driving their next phase of revenue growth.
This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role suited to a commercially sharp sales professional who thrives in high-velocity SaaS environments and enjoys selling complex, value-driven solutions. The successful candidate will work with a mix of Enterprise clients, strategic partners, and high-value creators, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire sales journey. The Role
As Account Executive, you will take full ownership of revenue generation within your assigned territory or segment. You’ll manage deals end-to-end from outbound prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close, while building a predictable and well-managed pipeline.
You will engage senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and clearly articulate how a sophisticated SaaS platform can deliver measurable commercial outcomes. This role requires confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear financial value.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
- Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle, including outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract close.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot), ensuring visibility and consistency across all opportunities.
Consultative Selling & Discovery
- Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand client goals, workflows, and monetization challenges.
- Position solutions in a value-led way, addressing objections and tailoring recommendations to each prospect’s needs.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations that connect platform capabilities to clear ROI and business impact.
Strategic Outreach & Deal Development
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage Enterprise clients, high-value creators, and specialist agencies.
- Build credibility with multiple stakeholders and adapt messaging for both commercial and technical audiences.
Commercial & Contract Negotiation
- Present and negotiate SaaS pricing structures, subscription tiers, and feature bundles.
- Structure commercial agreements that balance customer value with revenue optimization.
- Confidently manage complex negotiations to drive timely, high-quality deal closure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support onboarding, adoption, and long-term account growth.
- Act as a voice of the customer, feeding market insights back into internal teams.
Requirements:
Experience
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle Account Executive experience in a B2C SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Experience selling into the creator economy, digital media, content platforms, or monetization tools is strongly preferred.
Sales Capability
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, mid-to-complex sales cycles.
- High level of comfort using CRM tools for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
Skills & Attributes
- Solid understanding of SaaS monetization models, including subscriptions, upsell/cross-sell, and expansion strategies.
- Technical curiosity and baseline familiarity with common platform integration.
- Resilience, adaptability, and creativity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
