Account Executive – New Logo (Mid-Market SaaS)
Location:
DACH region (Remote-first with customer-facing travel as required)

The Role:
* Mid-Market Account Executive role focused on new logo acquisition
* Selling into mid-sized organisations across construction, infrastructure, and related sectors
* Owning the full sales cycle from first outreach through to close
* Building pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and structured follow-up on warm leads
* Managing multiple deals in parallel with shorter sales cycles than enterprise
* Developing strong discovery skills to position value early and clearly
The Requirements:
* Proven experience in new logo B2B sales (SaaS or technology preferred)
* Comfortable operating in a high-activity, hunter-led environment
* Exposure to construction, infrastructure, engineering, or asset-heavy industries is advantageous
* Able to manage volume without sacrificing quality or consultative approach
* Strong communication skills and commercial curiosity
* Motivated by ownership, progression, and building a sustainable book of business
The Process:
* 1st: Introductory interview (video) assessing sales experience and new logo mindset
* 2nd: Role-specific interview focused on deal management, discovery, and closing approach
* 3rd: Final interview evaluating cultural fit, coachability, and growth potential
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
