ThreatCanvas AI-powered threat modelling
Our platform for threat modelling at scale. ThreatCanvas spins up expert-level threat models in seconds from a plain-text description, a diagram, an Infrastructure-as Code template, straight from a Jira or Azure Boards story, or embedded right inside your CI/CD pipeline. It flags the risks, recommends the controls, and turns findings into developer tasks linked back to hands-on labs. It takes threat modelling from a dreaded, once-a-year exercise to something that just happens as teams build.
THE ROLE:
This is a full-time, fully remote Account Manager role and the customer relationship is yours to own. You’ll be the trusted partner our customers turn to as they scale their Secure Coding and Threat Modelling programs keeping them happy, helping them get more value from SecureFlag, and growing revenue as you go. It’s part relationship-builder, part strategic advisor, part deal-maker.
What you’ll actually do
- Own and deepen relationships across your assigned customer base you’re their go-to person
- Act as a genuine partner, helping customers grow their Secure Coding and Threat Modelling programs
- Spot and chase new opportunities to expand our commercial footprint
- Lead renewal and expansion negotiations from first conversation to signed deal
- Keep the business informed with clear, useful internal reporting on your accounts
What you’ll bring
- A natural talent for building relationships and earning trust
- Commercial instincts you can smell an expansion opportunity a mile off
- Experience mapping out accounts and finding the people who matter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The self-discipline to thrive in a remote-first team
- Background in tech, cybersecurity or SaaS (a big plus, not a must)
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or a related field (preferred)
