Our client is a Global Leading Fintech that is going through growth! This leading global organisation is committed to building a more accessible and sustainable financial ecosystem.

As a Relationship / Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of SMB partners (leading merchants in retail & commercial clients) to drive commercial performance, and lead strategic initiatives that deliver value for merchants, customers, and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage long‑term, profitable merchant partnerships.
  • Lead and manage complex portfolio planning, performance analysis, and multi‑year account strategies.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to drive adoption, growth, and advocacy.
  • Deliver customer and merchant growth initiatives across online and in‑store channels.
  • Shape and refine the merchant value proposition and identify scalable best practices.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Operations to champion merchant needs.

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or similar client‑facing roles. (Ideally within startup and enterprise-level technology environments)
  • Strong relationship‑builder with experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
  • Confident communicator and presenter.
  • Data‑driven with experience in reporting, planning, and profitability metrics.
  • Comfortable managing a diverse portfolio and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, values‑led approach.
