The Account Specialist is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients while delivering a high standard of customer service. The role supports clients from onboarding through ongoing engagement and focuses on increasing account value through proactive relationship management and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for business clients
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
* Provide proactive support to ensure a positive client experience

Account Growth and Outreach
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts by expanding contacts and understanding client needs
* Engage new stakeholders and locations within client organisations
* Maintain high daily outbound activity through calls and emails

Sales and Performance Delivery
* Recommend products and solutions that increase purchase volume and frequency
* Achieve monthly revenue, retention, and activity targets
* Accurately forecast monthly performance and results

CRM and Administration
* Record all client interactions and activity accurately in CRM systems, including Salesforce
* Maintain organised and up‑to‑date account records

Product Knowledge and Client Support
* Develop a strong understanding of products and services
* Provide thoughtful recommendations to help clients get maximum value

Team Collaboration
* Participate in weekly coaching sessions and team meetings
* Contribute positively to team discussions and strategy sessions

About You

* Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* Confident with outbound calling and daily activity targets
* Goal‑driven and motivated by achieving results
* Professional communicator, both written and verbal
* Able to manage time effectively while working remotely
* Sales experience preferred
* B2B account management or outbound experience is an advantage
