AI Product Manager

My client is seeking an exceptionally strategic and results oriented AI Product Manager to drive the vision, development, and commercial success of their cross-industry AI products.

This is a highly visible, end-to end role that requires a unique blend of strategic product leadership, technical depth, operational excellence, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will own the product strategy , spearhead market delivery, and carry full P&L accountability across our key verticals: Energy, Finance, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Vision (The “Why” and “What”)
  • Define and Own Product Strategy: Establish a clear, compelling, and differentiated product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals across the Energy, Fintech, and Marketing sectors.
  • Market and Customer Insight: Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify high-impact AI opportunities, emerging trends, and unmet needs within each vertical.
  • Feature Prioritization: Translate strategic objectives and customer feedback into prioritized product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering teams.
  1. Technical Collaboration (The “How”)
  • Own the Roadmap: Define and manage the roadmap for the product stack, with a focus on modularity and reuse
  • Shape the Solution: Define and produce User journeys and stories for engineering consumption.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner directly with flagship enterprise customers to capture feedback and validate product direction
  1. Commercialization and Financial Ownership (The “Revenue”)
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:Drive the product GTM strategy by working hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and partnership teams to define pricing models, sales enablement materials, and launch plans for each vertical.
  • P&L Accountability: Take full responsibility for the product’s overall Profit and Loss (P&L), managing the budget for product development, forecasting revenue, and optimizing operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Sales Support: Act as the internal and external product expert during the sales cycle for key accounts, delivering compelling product presentations and demos.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 5 years leading cross-functional technical teams.
  • Proven experience managing AI/ML-based enterprise products.
  • Strong understanding of Energy, Finance, or Marketing technologies and workflows.
  • Demonstrated success owning P&L and driving GTM execution.
  • Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science would be a bonus).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data pipelines, APIs and DevOps tools.

  • Experience scaling SaaS/PaaS or AI-driven platforms across geographies.
  • Exposure to regulated industries and compliance frameworks.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to connect product innovation to financial outcomes.
  • Deep curiosity about AI/agentic systems, data platforms, and vertical automation.
