Our client is looking for an Analytics Specialist to lead analytics strategy and implementation for Commerce experiences across our client portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, UX, and performance marketing, ensuring that commerce platforms (B2B2C, transactional ecosystems, booking engines, product catalogs, conversion funnels) are measurable, optimized, and continuously improving.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and lead measurement frameworks aligned with business and product objectives, overseeing analytics architecture across commerce ecosystems including web, mobile, and transactional flows.
- Own tracking plans, event taxonomy, and governance standards while ensuring scalable data layer implementation, QA validation, and compliance with privacy and regional data regulations.
- Analyze end-to-end conversion funnels to identify friction points within transactional journeys, delivering actionable recommendations to improve conversion rate, AOV, and retention.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing roadmaps, develop decision-focused dashboards, and translate complex data into strategic insights tied directly to revenue impact.
- Identify behavioral trends and performance opportunities, build repeatable commerce analytics frameworks, standardize tracking methodologies across clients, and contribute to strengthening proprietary analytics capabilities within the Commerce product group.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in digital analytics with Commerce exposure
- Experience implementing analytics on transactional platforms
- Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Looker/Power BI/Tableau *
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and ecommerce data layers
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B2C commerce ecosystems
- Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO)
- Familiarity with data warehouse environments (BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
