Asset Analyst – IT Hardware & Logistics
We’re searching for an experienced Asset Analyst to support workplace hardware logistics, warehouse operations, and asset lifecycle management across a large enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys hands-on logistics coordination, and has a passion for ensuring accuracy across asset tracking systems such as ServiceNow.

THE ROLE:
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of workplace hardware, receiving, warehousing, dispatching, and ensuring all asset movements are accurately tracked in ServiceNow. The role also includes close coordination with third-party logistics vendors, courier providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless hardware supply operations.
This position is perfect for someone with strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with asset management tools and inventory systems.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, shipping)
* Receive and process warehouse stock (picking, unloading, storing) with high accuracy
* Maintain inventory controls and meet quality standards for audits
* Ensure efficient use and compliance of workplace hardware and software assets
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Manage asset movements and reporting within ServiceNow
* Perform regular warehouse and Tech Lounge stock audits
* Create purchase order and stock movement reporting
* Coordinate hardware logistics with suppliers, couriers, and contractors
* Support Project Managers with asset requirements and escalations
* Process eParcel returns and manage daily dispatch workflows
* Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and support preventative maintenance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience with inventory systems, asset databases, or stock management tools
* Familiarity with modern warehousing methods and best practices
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to safely lift up to 20kg; manual handling experience
* Forklift licence – desirable
* Experience using scanners and stock-tracking systems
* Warehouse service-improvement experience – desirable
* Interest in IT hardware – desirable
* Ability to work effectively with logistics vendors and internal teams
* Strong customer service and communication skills
