Overview
We are seeking an experienced BCM Domain Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Business Continuity frameworks. This role will play a critical part in ensuring organisational resilience, regulatory compliance, and effective crisis management across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Business Continuity and Resilience frameworks aligned to ISO standards and best practices
- Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops to identify critical functions, dependencies, and recovery priorities
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and crisis management playbooks
- Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis, and scenario planning
- Align business continuity strategies with IT disaster recovery architecture
- Plan and execute BCP/DR drills, simulations, and tabletop exercises
- Track remediation actions and improve BCM maturity and resilience metrics
- Support audits, regulatory requirements, and certification processes
- Act as a subject matter expert in BCM across client engagements and governance forums
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management
- Strong hands-on experience across BIA, BCP, DRP, and crisis management
- Expertise in ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and BCM best practices
- Exposure to GRC tools or BCM platforms (ServiceNow experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and disaster recovery concepts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to lead BCM initiatives end-to-end in complex, client-facing environments
