We are partnering with a globally established technology consulting organisation that specialises in helping enterprises unlock business value through data, analytics, cloud modernisation, governance, and AI-led transformation initiatives. With a strong international footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia, the business supports enterprise clients in building scalable digital ecosystems and modern data capabilities. Their expertise spans cloud enablement, data engineering, AI strategy, analytics, governance, and managed technology services.
Having built a strong reputation globally over the last two decades, the company is now investing heavily in expanding its presence across the Middle East and is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Lead to establish and grow strategic client relationships across the region.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving regional growth, building pipeline, and developing enterprise relationships across the Middle East market. You will play a key role in introducing the company’s capabilities to new clients, identifying transformation opportunities, and positioning strategic consulting solutions across data, AI, analytics, cloud, and digital programs.
You will work closely with global delivery teams and senior stakeholders to build market presence and create long-term revenue growth across priority sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across the Middle East region
- Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy
- Identify enterprise opportunities within digital transformation, cloud, AI, and data-driven initiatives
- Develop C-level relationships across target accounts
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract closure
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape client proposals
- Build a strong regional network across enterprise and technology ecosystems
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings
- Create and manage a robust pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insight to leadership
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting-led sales
- Strong network across the Middle East enterprise market
- Background selling technology consulting, cloud, analytics, AI, digital transformation, or managed services
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build markets or establish regional presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial ownership
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating globally
Preferred Background:
- Experience working within consulting, system integrators, or data/technology services organisations
- Exposure to industries such as financial services, telecom, retail, energy, manufacturing, or public sector
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI transformation programs
