C# Algo Developer – Front Office Trading Systems – Sydney CBD – Capital Markets

The Company:

You will be working for a renowned investment bank in the Markets space working alongside the business and an extremely talented tech team.

The role:

Work as a part of the Algorithmic Development team with a focus on APAC Equities

Develop a deep functional and technical understanding of the existing algo strategies

Interface with business and quant team directly on projects, capture requirements and understand the business context

Develop the Algo framework to continuously improve the platform

Develop and improve the technology ecosystem for algo development including testing tools, monitoring and alerting, ops tools

What makes you a good fit:

10+ years hands on development experience in either C# or Java server-side development

Have in-depth Front Office Algo dev experience

Experience building and developing front office trading systems / market micro-structure

Experience with Python Analytics / Machine learning tools is desired but not a must

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in engineering, computer science/ Maths/ physics or equivalent
