Change Manager

Lead strategic change management activities across a large-scale Student Experience Transformation Program. Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and adoption initiatives. Develop and execute the overarching change strategy across multiple concurrent projects. Play a hands-on role partnering with sponsors, project teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change, communication, and engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and impacted business groups.
• Create and deliver key messaging, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive business engagement, readiness, and adoption across multiple transformation initiatives.

A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following

• Experience with Salesforce Education cloud (highly desirable).
• Higher education industry experience (nice to have).
• Proven experience leading change management within complex technology transformation programs.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
