  • Coordinate account transition activities, including new account establishment, account maintenance, and funding processes.
  • Prepare, review, and process client documentation such as account applications, transfer requests, service forms, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the account setup and transition process, ensuring all requirements are completed efficiently.
  • Facilitate document execution through electronic signature platforms and traditional correspondence channels.
  • Manage account transfer requests, including ACAT transfers, retirement account rollovers, and cash movement instructions.
  • Liaise with custodians, operations teams, and service departments to ensure client requests are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor account setup progress and proactively resolve any issues that may delay account activation.
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Deliver a high standard of client service by responding to queries promptly and professionally.
