We are partnering with a leading experiential and events agency in Dubai to appoint a Senior Sales Manager who will drive revenue growth across live events, brand experiences and integrated experiential campaigns.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing a sales team, converting inbound enquiries and working closely with the CEO to shape the agency’s commercial strategy. Experience selling technology-enabled experiential solutions (event tech, immersive experiences, digital platforms, interactive installations) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Revenue Growth:
- Own and convert inbound sales enquiries, ensuring commercially sound and timely responses
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial brief through solutioning, pricing, pitching and closure
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across experiential, events and technology offerings
- Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Partner closely with the CEO on new business strategy and priority accounts
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, manage and develop the sales / business development team
- Set clear targets, KPIs and performance expectations
- Coach the team on consultative selling, proposal quality and pitch performance
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
Client & Commercial Management:
- Act as a senior point of contact for key prospects and priority clients
- Ensure proposals are commercially robust, competitive and aligned with agency capabilities
- Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with creative, production, tech and operations teams to deliver winning solutions
- Oversee proposal timelines, RFP responses and pitch processes
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversions, revenue and performance directly to the CEO
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years’ experience in sales or new business within an experiential, events or integrated agency
- Proven track record of winning and growing agency accounts
- Experience managing and leading sales or business development teams
- Strong understanding of experiential campaigns, live events and brand activations
- Exposure to event technology, immersive tech or digital experience platforms is a strong advantage
- Commercially minded, confident presenting at senior client level
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai
