We are partnering with a leading experiential and events agency in Dubai to appoint a Senior Sales Manager who will drive revenue growth across live events, brand experiences and integrated experiential campaigns.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing a sales team, converting inbound enquiries and working closely with the CEO to shape the agency’s commercial strategy. Experience selling technology-enabled experiential solutions (event tech, immersive experiences, digital platforms, interactive installations) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Revenue Growth:

  • Own and convert inbound sales enquiries, ensuring commercially sound and timely responses
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial brief through solutioning, pricing, pitching and closure
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across experiential, events and technology offerings
  • Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Partner closely with the CEO on new business strategy and priority accounts

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, manage and develop the sales / business development team
  • Set clear targets, KPIs and performance expectations
  • Coach the team on consultative selling, proposal quality and pitch performance
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture

Client & Commercial Management:

  • Act as a senior point of contact for key prospects and priority clients
  • Ensure proposals are commercially robust, competitive and aligned with agency capabilities
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams

Internal Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with creative, production, tech and operations teams to deliver winning solutions
  • Oversee proposal timelines, RFP responses and pitch processes
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversions, revenue and performance directly to the CEO

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years’ experience in sales or new business within an experiential, events or integrated agency
  • Proven track record of winning and growing agency accounts
  • Experience managing and leading sales or business development teams
  • Strong understanding of experiential campaigns, live events and brand activations
  • Exposure to event technology, immersive tech or digital experience platforms is a strong advantage
  • Commercially minded, confident presenting at senior client level
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai
