Cost Estimation & Procurement Specialist
Location: Bellville (Full-time, in-office)
Salary: Up to R40 000 per month

We are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing-focused business, your role will be to manage the full costing-to-procurement cycle, ensuring products are accurately costed and efficiently sourced.

The role:
You will handle end-to-end costing and procurement, from interpreting designs and building estimates to sourcing suppliers and managing orders.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Interpreting technical drawings and identifying cost drivers
• Sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and placing orders
• Tracking cost variances and maintaining data records
• Supporting inventory alignment and working with internal teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Cost Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar (advantageous)
• 3+ years’ experience in costing or procurement
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Ability to read technical drawings (2D/3D)
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP/MRP system experience advantageous
