We are partnering with a high-growth technology company operating at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and the creator economy. As the business prepares for its next phase of expansion, they are looking to hire a Creative Marketing Strategist to lead bold, culturally resonant campaigns that drive organic reach, brand love, and long-term growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. It is designed for someone who can originate big ideas, translate them into structured campaigns, and bring them to life across content, PR, community, and experiential channels, with or without paid media support.

The Role

As Creative Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up in the world through distinctive, memorable campaigns. You will lead campaign ideation from concept to execution, ensuring creative thinking is grounded in strategy, audience insight, and measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Product, PR, Design, Community, and Leadership, acting as the connective tissue between brand narrative and execution. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on originality, clarity of thought, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Creative Vision

  • Lead ideation for bold, attention-grabbing campaigns designed to drive organic reach and engagement.
  • Research and experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative approaches, staying ahead of cultural and industry trends.
  • Develop end-to-end campaign frameworks, including objectives, audience targeting, timelines, content themes, and channel strategy.
  • Use data and audience insights to tailor messaging across segments and maximize impact.

Brand Storytelling & Narrative Development

  • Craft clear, compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks that unify content, PR, events, and experiential activations.
  • Translate complex products or concepts into emotionally resonant stories that reinforce brand positioning.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality brand content, ensuring every asset ladders up to campaign goals.
  • Partner closely with design, video, and PR teams to maintain consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity.

Content & Channel Strategy

  • Build and manage content calendars aligned to campaign objectives across relevant channels.
  • Concept and deliver platform-specific content, including social, video, long-form content, and multimedia assets.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging content formats and trends to keep campaigns fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with creators, collaborators, and external talent to extend reach organically.

Organic Growth & Performance

  • Design campaigns that generate buzz, conversation, and loyalty without heavy reliance on paid media.
  • Leverage social platforms, community engagement, earned media, and creator collaborations to amplify visibility.
  • Track and analyze organic performance, sharing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the central creative lead across campaigns, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and KPIs.
  • Facilitate creative workshops and brainstorms to connect campaign ideas with business objectives.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative strategy roles.
  • Proven track record delivering standout organic campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, storytelling depth, and measurable impact.

Creative & Strategic Skillset

  • Exceptional storytelling ability, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Experience integrating content, PR, events, and experiential marketing into cohesive campaigns.
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire creative partners and cross-functional teams.

Execution & Mindset

  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Curious, experimental, and motivated by iteration and continuous improvement.
