PURPOSE:
This role will provide support by responding to and executing loan requests and enquiries, cataloguing and organisation of the collection.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Support with internal loan requests adhering to policy and procedure working across many different departments
* Support cataloguing processes including populating excel sheets, uploading onto our cataloguing database, manually labelling, sorting assets, whilst handling and packaging sensitively
* Undertake audits of the archive assets
* Prepare archive objects for meetings and appointments
* Document business activity by keeping our records up to date
* Share information and imagery with the business ensuring they have the required sensitivities
* Support on building presentations for the department in PowerPoint and Keynote
* Support the team with administrative tasks
