MID-SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
NORTH LONDON
UP TO £45,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
We are working closely with a fantastic Creative Agency to grow their international team. They have thrived by having a globally diverse team of talented designers, working across multiple disciplines, including; graphics and brand identity, publication, packaging, retail and POS, third space installations and activations, exhibitions, advertising and communications, websites and digital experiences, photography and 3D visualisation.
This Mid-Senior Graphic Designer will be working on a super exciting blue-chip international account. For this role you will need to be uber-creative, enthusiastic, highly committed, and motivated individual who will be capable of using your initiative, work harmoniously within a small team and liaise directly with clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years agency experience
* An outstanding knowledge of the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro)
* Advantageous if you have excellent knowledge in digital, UX/UI design (XD, Figma, Workflow)
* Advantageous if you have knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D)
* You’ll have a stunning portfolio with an outstanding range of work, all with rationale and evidence of the process behind them
* Strong in concepts, branding, key arts, layouts and digital projects
* A proven track record of delivering projects from start to completion
* Working from the studio 5 days a week
* Excellent communication skills translating your ideas and inspiring clients
* Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy
* Ability to work in a team but also on your own
* A positive can-do attitude, capable of working across multiple projects
* Open to flexible working, this role may involve some evenings and weekend work from time to time
Key responsibilities:
* Designing for digital and print
* Creating attention grabbing sizzle reels and motion graphics
* Delivering high quality work to tight deadlines
* Pitching and presenting to clients
* Keeping up-to-date with market trends
You’ll be working in a buzzing and friendly studio environment, who strongly value personal growth and development.
