Day to Day
- Overseeing large partnership led projects,
- On occasion, leading the creative on pitch work including presenting to potential new clients
- Working with CD & Studio Manger
- Line Manage the Creative Artworker
Skills Required
- A manager who can confidently direct other art directors, copywriters, designers and producers to deliver award winning ideas that are loved by clients and audiences.
- Consistently push and set the standard for great creative, ensuring excellence across the entire creative team. Be that an idea a design, a product, a service or an experience.
- Be a confident storyteller when presenting work to everyone from peers to CMOs.
- Be culturally aware and knowledgeable across the worlds of sport, music and entertainment. Identifying opportunities and highlighting great creative that we should be driving towards
- Ability to be able to reframe a presentation or idea from the perspective of the target audience
- Lead the development of pitches, writing the creative that sells the big idea through to the tactical executions.
